    Kathi Cantrell
Services for Kathi Cantrell, 68, Richland, were held Dec. 30, 2006, at Wortham First Baptist Church.
Cantrell was born Feb. 17, 1938 in Freer and died Dec. 27, 2006 at Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and two brothers. She was reared on Pisgah Ridge, Richland.
She was a clerk for Centex ARC, a service provider for retarded persons in Mexia, and was a Baptist.
She returned to Richland after raising a family in Mesquite.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include: daughter Ticoy Young and husband Lynn, Forney; sons James Earl Cantrell and wife Daun, Streetman; Bruce Cantrell and Cindy Vaugn, Richland; and John Cantrell and wife Pearl, Seven Points; sister Ticoy Griffith, Wortham; six grandchildren Adam, Zane and Paige Young, Leia-Jo, Malia and Jack Cantrell and two stepgranddaughters in Hawaii.

Sharon Carmichael
Services for Sharon Gail Carmichael, 58, Gun Barrel City, were held Jan. 5, 2007, at Cedar Creek Memorial Park with the Rev. James Jacobs officiating under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
Carmichael was born June 9, 1948, in New York and died Jan. 2, 2007, in Tyler.
Previously of Dallas, she had lived in Gun Barrel City for the past two years and was a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband Thomas Carmichael, Gun Barrel City; sons James Gonzles, California; and Viron Row, Dallas; daughters Cathy Hodges, Seven Points; Patricia Doyle, Red Oak; and Mary Carmichael, Gun Barrel City; brothers Charlie and Lawrence Lewandoski, New York; and 12 grandchildren.

Henry Atterberry
Services for Henry Junior Atterberry, 83, Gun Barrel City, were held Jan. 5, 2007, at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery with Brother Jim Shafer officiating under the direction of Tomlinson Funeral Home in Seven Points.
Atterberry was born April 2, 1923, in Jenks, Okla. to Michael and Bess Pearson Atterberry and died Dec. 31, 2006, in Gun Barrel City.
He moved to the lake area in 1999 from Skidmore and was retired from the U.S. Navy.
He married Delta Boswell in Corpus Christie.
Survivors include his wife Delta; daughters Barbara Ann Curtis, Oregon; Deborah Deckard, Bowling Green, Ky.; Edyie Kay Osborn, Tulsa, Okla.; and Johnnie Tulla, Gun Barrel City; sons Bruce and Dennis Atterberry, Oregon; sister Jewel Lanoy, Fort Smith, Ark.; and many grandchildren.
