Earl Kelley
Services for Earl Kelley, 71, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday (today) at the Roselawn
Funeral Home Chapel under the direction of the Roselawn Funeral Home and Cemetery in
Seagoville.
Kelley was born July 16, 1938, and died Jan. 25, 2010.
He was preceded in death by his wife Shelby Kelley, father Henry Kelley, mother Lula Mae
Kelley and sister Edna Hudspeth.
Survivors include his brother Jesse Kelley; sister Linda Kelley and six children, Rhonda
Moses and husband Clifford, Hamilton; Garry Kelley and wife Holly, Durant, Okla.; Connie
Chadwick and husband Bernard, Dallas; Vickie Hickson and husband Johnny, Gun Barrel City;
Robert Kelley, Hamilton; and Diane Daniels and husband Billy, Dallas; grandchildren Danny
Kersh Jr., David Kelley, Michael Kelley, Garry Kelley Jr., Sheena Kelley, Steven Lacey,
Noah Hickson, Eric Lacey, Josh Hickson and 16 great-grandchildren. Mary
Sue Henderson
Services for Mary Sue Henderson, 59, Poyen, Ark., were held Jan. 27, 2010, at the Tolosa
Baptist Church with the Rev. James Hughes officiating. Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery in
Scurry under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
Henderson was born June 16, 1950, in Dallas and died Jan. 23, 2010, in Melvern, Ark.
Previously of Kemp, she had resided in Arkansas for the last two years and was Baptist by
faith.
Survivors include her husband Ronnie Henderson, Poyen, Ark.; son Nathan Henderson,
Eustace; daughters Leslie Tillett and husband Craig; Linda English and husband Keith,
Mabank; Betty Brown, Poyen, Ark.; Wanda Fivecoat and husband Keith, Kemp; and Verona
Pilcher, Glenwood, Ark.; brothers Robert, James and DeWayne Willingham; and sisters Judy
Rogers, Barbara Jean Stacy and Natalie Burke.
Pallbearers were Cody Floyd, Matt Harrison, Bryan Fivecoat, Ronnie English, Jerry Brown
and Zachary Frizzle.
Colleen Huggins
Services for Colleen Elizabeth Huggins, 50, Grays Prairie, were held Jan. 25, 2010, at the
Grays Prairie Mennonite Church under the direction of Parker-Ashworth Funeral Home in
Kaufman.
Huggins was born Dec. 31, 1959, in Abilene to Vera Roberts and Robert Thompson and died
Jan. 20, 2010, at her home in Grays Prairie.
She was reared in New Mexico and Dallas and graduated from Lake Highlands High School in
Dallas.
She attended Ricks University in Rexburg, Idaho and moved to Grays Prairie in 1997
where she was a member of the Grays Prairie Mennonite Church.
She married Mark Dee Huggins Aug. 21, 1985, in Dallas.
Survivors include her husband Mark Huggins, Grays Prairie; daughters Rebecca Ann Martin
and husband Cleason, Akron, Pa.; and Hannah Leah West, New Holland, Pa.; mother Vera
Thompson, Grays Prairie; grandson Sean Mark Martin; many other relatives and friends.
Bernice Jett
Services for Bernice Jett, 82, Kemp, were held Jan. 25, 2010, at the Eubank Memorial
Chapel with the Rev. James Jacobs officiating. Burial was in Rose Lawn Memorial Park in
Seagoville under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
Jett was born July 14, 1927, in Dallas County and died Jan. 22, 2010, in Kaufman.
She had resided in Kemp most of her life and was Christian by faith.
Survivors include her husband J.B. Jett, Kemp; sons Terry Jett, Garland; and Jimmy Jett,
Alabama; and daughter Linda Curnel and husband Roger, Plano.
