Carter O’Neill
Services for Carter Fredrick O’Neill, 59, Mesquite, were held Jan. 30, 2008, at Tomlinson Funeral Home in Seven Points with Chaplain Don Cecil officiating. Interment was in Baker Cemetery in Kemp.
O’Neill was born Sept. 15, 1948, in Lincoln, Maine, to Merle and Harry Gifford and died Jan. 28, 2008, in Mesquite.
He owned his own plumbing business and was a Mason.
Survivors include his wife Diane O’Neill, Mesquite; parents Merle and Harry Gifford, Zephyr Hills, Fla.; daughter Jaimie O’Neill, Lubbock; stepdaughter Heather and husband Chuck Turner, Forney; brothers Lee O’Neill, Rowlett; and Danny O’Neill, Maine.

Ray Yeager
A memorial service for Ray Yeager, 48, Payne Springs, will be held at a later date under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
Yeager was born Jan. 20, 1959, in Selma, Ala., and died Dec. 21, 2007, in Payne Springs.
Previously of Irving, he had resided in Payne Springs for the past 12 years. He was a retired electrician from Scovel Electric.
Survivors include his wife Natalie Sherman, Payne Springs, and her relatives, along with Yeager’s relatives in Alabama.
