Mitchell
Services for Peggy Joyce Mitchell, 68, Mabank, were held March 4, 2009,
at Roselawn Cemetery in Seagoville with Dennis Woods officiating.
Mitchell was born Jan. 8, 1941, in Dallas and died Feb. 28, 2009, in
Dallas.
She was preceded in death by her father F.M. Fowler and a son Roy
Mitchell.
She worked as a secretary and was Baptist by faith.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years Billy Mitchell; daughter
Danna; sons Steve, Coy, Clay and Jessie and his wife Mindy;
grandchildren Brad, Van, Stephanie, Ginger, Rachel, Laycee, Katie,
Harley, Holley, Krystal and Amanda; great-grandchildren Vanessa, Duston,
Vanoie, Regan, Avangaline, Austin and Madison; mother Kathrine Fowler;
and brother Frankie Fowler.
Pallbearers were Brad, Van, Harley, Austin, Travis and Tutter, all are
Mitchells.

Johnson
Services for Thomas S. Johnson, 81, Mabank, were held March 5, 2009, at
the Beacon Church of Christ of Gun Barrel City with Ken Maddox
officiating under the direction of Tomlinson Funeral Home in Seven
Points.
Johnson was born Sept. 19, 1927, in Geneva, Ohio, to the late Helen and
Fred Johnson and died March 3, 2009, in Kemp.
He was preceded in death by his parents and son Jason Johnson.
He retired as a lineman for TXU Electric and was a member of the Beacon
Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife Eugenia Johnson; sons Scott and wife Gayle
Johnson; and Jeffery and wife Deborah Johnson; 16 grandchildren; and
seven great-grandchildren.
Coy Dosier
A memorial service for Coy Norman Dosier, 68, Tool, was held March 5,
2009, at the Anderson Clayton Bros. Funeral Home in Kemp.
Dosier was born June 19, 1940, in the Styx Community to Ora Fern
Robertson and Hilton Dewey Dosier and died March 3, 2009, in Tool.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Melissa Jill Dosier,
granddaughter Laci Hammer and brother Hilton Dewey Dosier.
He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and a great friend to
have.
Survivors include his wife Sam Dosier, Tool; daughters Crystal Baker and
husband Bryan, Tool; Amber Barber and husband Robert, Texarkana; Lisa
Dancer, Styx; Jeanne Hammer and husband Royce, Liberty; and Emily Barber
and husband Dusty, Styx; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild;
sisters Margie Godwin, Kemp and Martha Sturch and husband Don, Mabank;
numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
