Margie Ford
Services for Margie Nell Ford, 77, Kemp, were held March 30,
2009, at the Anderson Clayton Bros. Chapel with R.J. Stevens and Tim
Stevens officiating. Interment followed at the Baker Cemetery under the
direction of Anderson Clayton Bros. Funeral Home in Kemp.
Ford was born July 23, 1931, to the late Nora Pearl Simmons and Everett
Edward Reed and died March 27, 2009, in Kemp.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Herman Howard Ford
Dec. 16, 2008, sisters Wynona Dupree, Jackie Davidson, and brothers
Arlie Reed and Billy Reed.
She was a member of the Kemp Church of Christ and married Herman Howard
Ford Oct. 10, 1948, in Phalba.
Survivors include her son Howard E. “Hal” Ford and wife Lorrie, Payne
Springs; granddaughters Brandi Pasquinelli and husband Bryan, Kaufman;
and Kelli Creech and husband Charlie, Mesquite; great-grandchildren
Rebekkah and Savannah Pasquinelli, Kaufman; numerous nieces, nephews,
other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers were Dicky Reed, Terry Paul Reed, Mike Dupree, David Dupree,
Ronald Reed and Mackie Dalton.
Nicholas Lane
Services for Nicholas Alan Lane, 18, Kemp, were held April 1, 2009, at
the Hillcrest Baptist Church in Kemp under the direction of the Thomas
and Sons Funeral Home in Kaufman.
Lane was born April 14, 1990, in Farmers Branch to Cynthia M. Carwell
and Alfred Lane and died March 25, 2009, in Parkland Hospital in Dallas.
He attended Kemp schools and graduated from Kemp High School in 2008.
He was an active member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church in the Sunday
School youth department and was one of the drummers for the church
choir.
Survivors who cherish his precious memory are his mother Cynthia Carwell;
sister Ashley Frazier; niece Jordan Faith Presley; special friend Sharda
Bettis; grandmother, uncles, aunts and many friends.
William Moore Jr.
Memorial services are pending with Tomlinson Funeral Home in Seven
Points for William C. Moore Jr., 64, Tool.
Moore was born Aug. 1, 1944, and died March 24, 2009, at his home in
Tool.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ruby Doris and William C. Moore
Sr.
Survivors include his son Collin Moore; daughter Darbi Moore; sister
Anne Rogers and four grandchildren. |
