Police Memorial Day honors the fallen

Kaufman High School senior Anndee Harrell and her dad, band
director Don Harrell, prepare to present a moving rendition of
“Taps” during a Police Memorial Service held at the Kaufman
County Law Enforcement Center Tuesday. Anndee played the first
phrase and her dad echoed those notes from about 200 feet away
for a haunting performance.
