HC employees walk for the cure

Members of the Henderson County Sheriff’s office and their
families participated in the Susan G. Komen Walk for the
Cure May 12.
HENDERSON COUNTY–The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office
employees and their families participated in their 3rd Susan
G. Komen Walk for the Cure May 12, in Tyler.
Of the 42 walkers on the team, 28 were Henderson County
employees making Team Henderson County the 4th largest group
to participate in this year’s walk.
The team walked in memory of deputy sheriff’s officer (DSO )Janey
Reed, who lost her battle with breast cancer May 12, 2004.
