Next weekend, Aug. 19-21, the Lady Panthers will play in the annual Eustace Lady

they visit Greenville for a dual match with the hosting Lady Lions and Rockwall Heath.
In the evenings opening match against Corsicana, the Lady Panthers struggled with
rust and unforced errors early on, but settled down to win 29-27, 25-16 and 25-22.
Against Wills Point, unforced errors on both sides of the net led to a couple of very
close games, as the Lady Panthers won the first two by identical 25-22 scores.
The Lady Tigers rallied to win the third game 25-15 to force a deciding fourth game, which
Mabank won 25-19.
In sub-varsity action, both Mabanks freshman and junior varsity squads defeated
Corsicana, but lost to Wills Point.
