Stegall
Services for Crandell Stegall, 91, Eustace, were held Sept. 10, 2009, at
the First Assembly of God Church in Eustace with the Rev. James Howard
officiating under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in
Mabank.
Stegall was born July 23, 1918, in Henderson County and died Sept. 7,
2009, in Athens.
He was a carpenter and a lifetime resident of Eustace. He was a Master
Mason at Eustace Lodge No. 1199.
Survivors include his wife Ruth Stegall, Eustace; sons Bill Stegall,
Payne Springs; Ronnie C. Key, Eustace; Dale R. Stegall and wife Reta,
Florence, Colo.; and Terry G. Stegall, Eustace; daughters Pat J. Couch
and husband Steve, Greenville; and Gail Hallaway and husband Danny,
Athens; 21 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; four
great-great-grandchildren; sister Maxine Yarborough, Tyler; other family
members and friends.
Margie
Scott
Services for Margie Joy Scott, 76, Kemp, were held Sept. 10, 2009, at
Anderson-Clayton Bros. Chapel in Kemp with the Rev. Jim Addison
officiating. Interment was at Kemp Cemetery.
Scott was born Dec. 13, 1932, in Kaufman County to Ova Mae Seabolt and
Floyd Tedder and died Sept. 7, 2009, in Dallas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and seven
brothers.
She was a member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church in Kemp.
Survivors include her loving husband of 60 years Don Scott; sons Donny
Scott and wife Kim, Blooming Grove; Rickey Scott, Mabank; grandchildren
Brady Scott and wife Jenni; and Karen Scott; brothers Joe and Jack
Tedder.
Pallbearers were Johnny Trout, Dan Trout, Steven Murphy, Clint Thurman,
Richard Locke and Jeff Patterson. |
