  Mae Baldwin
Services for Mae Louise Lowder Baldwin, 40, Mabank, were held Sept. 12, 2008, at Phalba Independent Full Gospel Church with Pastor Dewain Mixon officiating. Interment followed in the Payne Springs Cemetery under the direction of Tomlinson Funeral Home in Seven Points.
Baldwin was born Oct. 13, 1967, in Dallas to Elsie and Gary Lowder and died Sept. 9, 2008, in Athens.
She worked as a lineman for Russell Stover Candy.
Survivors include her husband Norman Baldwin; daughter Angelia and husband Aaron Burelsmith; sons Shawn Baldwin and Norman Baldwin Jr.; grandchildren Ajay Burelsmith, Kahloe Burelsmith and Rylie Lucas.

Dorothy M. Koepf
Services for Dorothy M. Koepf, 86, Gun Barrel City, were held Sept. 17, 2008, at the Eubank Memorial Chapel with the Rev. James Renfro officiating. Interment was in Crown Hill Cemetery in Dallas under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
Koepf was born Nov. 26, 1921, in Dallas and died Sept. 15, 2008, in Athens.
Previously of Irving, she resided in Kemp and Gun Barrel City for 40 years and was of the Baptist faith. She was a legal secretary.
Survivors include her husband Robert Koepf, Gun Barrel City; daughter Mary Gayle Lusk and husband Johnny Ray, Gun Barrel City; grandchildren Patricia Benitez and husband Josea, Prairieville; and Danny Lusk and wife Danielle, Gun Barrel City; brothers Don Evans, Canton; Clifford Evans, Irving; and Loyie Evans, Irving; and sister Ruth Connor, Irving.

Maria Herrera
Services for Maria Guadalupe Herrera, 66, Kemp, were held Sept. 17, 2008, in the Anderson Clayton Bros. Funeral Home in Kemp. Interment was in the Kemp City Cemetery.
Herrera was born July 28, 1942, in Cd. Mier, Tamaulipas, to the late Augustina Martinez and Eusebio Vielma and died Sept. 14, 2008, in Kaufman County.
Survivors include her husband Bernardino Herrera, Kemp; sons Ruben Mendoza, Ferris; Raul Mendoza, Dallas; Luis Mendoza, Kaufman; Bernard Herrera Jr., Kemp; and Eulojio Herrera, Kemp; daughters Maria Elva Mendoza, Kaufman; and Leticia Mendoza, Dallas; 31 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; brothers, Eusebio Vielma, Zaragosa Vielma, Antonio Vielma and Hermerehildo Vielma; sisters Maria Pura’ and Vielma and Araceli Vielma; numerous other family members and friends.
Pallbearers were Bernardino Herrera, Ruben Mendoza, Raul Mendoza, Luis Mendoza, Bernard Herrera Jr. and Eulojio Herrera.
