  Judy Garner
A private memorial service for Judy Garner, 64, Kemp, will be scheduled for a later date.
Arrangements are with Hilliard Funeral Home in Van.
Garner was born Nov. 28, 1943, in Crossett, Ark., and died Oct. 12, 2008, at her home. She was preceded in death by mother Ida Mae Howe and son Scott Rist.
She had lived in Kemp for four years, moving from Garland. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her sons Bo Rist, Athens; and Gerald Rist, Seven Points; daughter Teresa Peters, Kemp; father Vester Garner, McKinney; brothers James Paul Garner, Biloxi, Miss.; Johnny Garner, Biloxi, Miss.; and Raymond Garner, Ark.; sister Brenda Gilbreath, Garland; and five grandchildren.

Danny Guy
Services for Danny Carrol Guy, 55, Eustace, were held Oct. 16, 2008, at the First Baptist Church of Eustace with the Rev. Paul McKinney officiating. Interment was in Cedar Creek Memorial Park under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
Guy was born Nov. 20, 1952, in San Diego, Calif.; and died Oct. 14, 2008, in Eustace.
He had resided in Eustace for the past three years and was of the Baptist faith. He worked for Brookshire’s facilities for the past eight years. He was an artist, musician, photographer and a wonderful husband, father and friend.
Survivors include his wife Tonita Guy, Eustace; son Aaron Daniel Guy, Riverside, Calif.; daughters Amanda Guy, Riverside, Calif.; Briana Guy, Palestine; and Belinda Guy, Palestine; stepdaughter Shannon Viana, Eustace; and grandson Nathiya Fuentes, Riverside, Calif.
Pallbearers were Timothy Poor, David Morgan, Glenn Majors, Jim Farris, Mark Virdell and Gary Helms.

Joseph Richardson
Services for Joseph C. Richardson, 72, Seven Points, were held Oct. 17, 2008, at the Tomlinson Funeral Home in Seven Points with the Rev. Brian McWhorter officiating. Interment was in King Cemetery.
Richardson was born Dec. 18, 1935, in Emory to the late Eva Mae and Grover Richardson and died Oct. 14, 2008, in Tyler.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sons Wesley, James, Paul and Jimmy Richardson, daughter Debra Portillio and sister Joyce Johnson.
Survivors include his wife Jane Ann and sons Gary Michael, Tony, Jody, Jackie and Rodney Richardson and Quinton Bush; daughters Rose Johnson, Jerrie Penny, Brenda Prater and Doreen Allen; brothers Jerry Richardson and Robert Richardson; sisters Verba Spence and Shirley Flowers; 18 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
