Jack Huffman
Services for Jack Huffman, 71, Mabank, were held July 19, 2006, at Eubank Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Eddie Neese officiating under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
Huffman was born Jan. 9, 1935, in Kaufman and died July 17, 2006, in Athens.
He was in sales. Previously of Mesquite, he had lived in Mabank since 1979 and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife Susan Huffman, Mabank; daughters Diane Carmichael, Dallas; Querita Jackson and husband Carl, Dallas; son Jack Huffman Jr., Dallas; six grandchildren seven great-grandchildren; sisters Querita Caldwell, Wills Point; and Bobbie James, Edgewood; nieces and nephews, other family members and many friends.

David Walker
Services for David Walker, 52, Mabank, were held July 21, 2006, at the Faith Community Baptist Church with the Rev. Dale Norris officiating. Burial was in Restland Memorial Park in Dallas under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
Walker was born Sept. 25, 1953, in Dallas and died July 18, 2006, in Athens. He was preceded in death by his father Lloyd James Walker Sr. and his brother Lloyd James Walker Jr.
He lived in Mabank since 1969, and was a member of the Faith Community Baptist Church. He was a surveyor.
Survivors include his mother Hazel Walker, Mabank; sons David Walker and wife Amber, Dallas; Adam Walker, Tyler; daughters Tahitia Horton, Seven Points and Candy Carroll, Seven Points; sisters Joyce Noack and husband Clarence, Dallas; and Carolyn Salley, Whitewright; five grandchildren and Pat Durham, Tyler.

Bob G. McNally
Bob G. McNally was born July 28, 1926, in Dallas and died June 29, 2006.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie C. McNally, mother Susie Kate (Enix) McNally, and brothers Bill and Don McNally.
Survivors include his sister Betty Duffer, brothers Sam and Mike McNally, two daughters, one son and one grandson.

Mary Lee Pelham
Memorial services for Mary Lee Pelham, 85, Athens, were held July 22, 2006, at the Eubank Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Nick Sholars officiating.
Burial was in Athens City Cemetery under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
Pelham was born Sept. 10, 1920, in Payne Springs to Annie Simpson and George L. Frazier, and died July 18, 2006, in Lufkin.
A resident of Payne Springs and Athens area for most of her life, she was a homemaker and an accomplished seamstress. She also loved quilting and crocheting.
She was sensitive to the needs of others and offered a helping hand to many people by baby-sitting, helping with the sick and elderly and supporting church activities.
A lifelong Methodist, she attended Payne Springs and Eustace United Methodist Churches.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Clifford in 1959, twin brother Roy D. Frazier and sisters Dale Tigert and Gale Smith.
Survivors include her sons and wives Ed and Linda Pelham, Phoenix, Ariz.; and Dennis and Micheline Pelham, Reno, Nev.; daughter and husband Doran and Mark Gipson, Lufkin; sisters and husbands Jackie and J.D. Meredith, Mabank; Wilma and Hugh Childress, Duncanville; Twyla and Luther McManus, Payne Springs; and Nelda and Glenn Reynolds, Payne Springs; brother and wife Gene and Opal Frazier, Payne Springs; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, a hospice or any organization that benefits children.
