Winona Anderson
Services for Winona Raelyne Anderson, 51, Bedford, were held Aug. 12, 2006, at the Eubank Memorial Chapel with Daniel Anderson officiating. Burial was in Payne Springs Cemetery under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
Anderson was born Aug. 9, 1954, in Fort Worth and died Aug. 8, 2006, in Bedford.
Previously of Mabank, she lived in Bedford for seven years. She was of the Baptist faith and was employed at Allstate Insurance Company in Irving.
Survivors include her mother Wilma Peterson, Mabank; daughter Misty Castleman and husband Randy, Cleburne; son Warren Anderson and wife Krisi, Hurst; grandchildren Steffin, Caitlin and Nicole Castleman and Tyler and Saidee Anderson; nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.

Joyce Cox
Services for Joyce Cox, 65, Kemp, were held at Goshen Cemetery in Eustace Aug. 11, 2006, with the Rev. William Wheeler officiating under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
Cox was born Dec. 10, 1940, in Eustace and died Aug. 9, 2006, in Mesquite.
She was a homemaker, of the Baptist faith and spent most of her life in Kemp.
Survivors include her son, William Cox, Kaufman; daughters Wendy Hickey, Kaufman; and Sheri Earley, Malakoff; six grandchildren; brothers Terry Don Smith and Billy Jack Smith, both of Kemp, and Jimmy Gary Smith, Mabank; sisters Ella Jo Ann Weaver, Goree; Betty Ruth Meeks and Nora Darlene Rasssbach, both of Kemp; nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.

Henry Wardlow
Services for Henry George Wardlow, 82, Mabank, were held Aug. 5, 2006, at Cedar Creek Memorial Park with the Rev. Josh King officiating under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
Wardlow was born March 6, 1924, in Texarkana and died Aug. 2, 2006, in Athens.
He was a facility worker with the telephone company and was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during World War II. He loved to fish and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife Rachel “Jean” Wardlow, Mabank; sons Don Ray Wardlow, Irving; and Thomas Dwayne Wardlow and wife Barbara, Mesquite; daughter Linda Nell Bedford and husband James, Oklahoma; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother Lewis Wardlow, San Angelo; nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.

Iva Mae Mobley
Services for Iva Mae “MeMaw” Mobley, 78, Gun Barrel City, were held Aug. 7, 2006, at Eubank Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Don Bell officiating. Interment was in Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
Mobley was born April 16, 1928, in Minter and died Aug. 4, 2006, in Tyler.
She was a homemaker and had lived in Gun Barrel City since 1978. She was a member of the Lakeside Assembly of God Church. She loved quilting and Elvis Presley.
Survivors include her husband James Mobley Sr., Gun Barrel City; daughter Patricia Kilgore, Kemp; sons Chester Massingill, Ovet, Miss.; Greg Massingill, Lockhart; and Alan Massingill, Moscow Mills, Mo.; stepsons James Mobley Jr., Odessa; and Terry Mobley, Odessa; stepdaughters Louise Blackburn, Medina, Ohio; Eva Sexton, Mabank; Marline Bigham, Clovis, N.M.; Madeline Pressler, Fort Worth; Jackie Zee, Baltimore, Md.; and Donna Creamer, Eureka, Mo.; sisters Ree Karston, Dallas; and Rosie Caviness, Wills Point; grandsons Bobby Migura, North Richland Hills; and David Migura, Tool; a host of nieces, nephews, other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Jake Brown
Services for Jake Hunter Brown were held Aug. 9, 2006, with Pastor Scott Schaffer officiating under the direction of Tomlinson Funeral Home in Seven Points. Interment was in Guthrie Cemetery, Kemp.
Brown was born Aug. 1 and died Aug. 6, 2006, in Dallas.
Survivors include his parents Joe and Nita Brown; brothers Joe Brown Jr., Cody Wood, Dylan Brown and Jesse Brown; sisters Savannah and Kourtney Johnson; maternal grandparents Bob and Jane Miller and Randy Wood; great-grandparents Earl and Juanita Cochrane; godparents Trae and Heather Huish; uncle Bruce Brown; aunts Christi Brown and Penni Carr.

Wanda Fay Steward
Services for Wanda Fay Steward, 66, Mabank, were held Aug. 11, 2006, at the First Baptist Church of Gun Barrel City with the Rev. Byron Jones officiating. Burial was in Cedar Creek Memorial Park under the direction of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home in Mabank.
Steward was born Dec. 12, 1939, in Nida, Okla., and died Aug. 8, 2006, in Tyler.
Previously of Southlake, Steward had lived in Mabank since 1984 and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Gun Barrel City.
She had taught school for 26 years and was with Mabank High School for 17 years. She retired in 2001. She was married May 31, 1958, in Grapevine.
Survivors include her husband Pete Steward, Mabank; son Keith Steward and wife Laurie, Canton; daughter Kim Heitman, Southlake; three grandsons; three granddaughters; sisters Ruth Cockrell and husband Tuffy, Haltom City; Liz Callison and husband Joe, Webbers Fall, Okla.; and Gayle Binion and husband Darrell, Killeen; nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and a host of friends.

Jacob Lee Rodriguez
Services for Jacob Lee Andrew Rodriguez, four days old, Malakoff, were held at 10 a.m. Friday Aug. 12, 2006, at Judson Baptist Church in Cayuga.
His Paw-Paw and uncle Gene officiated.
Burial was in Malakoff Cemetery under the direction of Tomlinson Funeral Home of Malakoff.
Rodriguez was born Aug. 3, 2006, in Dallas and died Aug. 7, 2006, in Athens.
Survivors include his parents Jesus and Angela Rodriguez, Malakoff; maternal grandparents Buddy and Lulu Hazel (this was their 19th grandchild); paternal grandparents Jesus and Elida Rodriguez; and brother Jesse Ray Rodriguez, Malakoff.
Pallbearers were David Rodriguez and Keelan Ramsey.
