Spaces are filling up for the Dec. 7 shopping event
CEDAR CREEK LAKE–Spaces are filling up for the annual “Get Your Jingle On” Holiday Craft Fair at Mabank High School. The event is set for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7. Gift items, holiday decorations, handmade trinkets, antiques, artwork, food, jewelry and novelty pieces will be on display during the five-hour event.
This year marks the second year at the new venue.
“We have had dozens of new people ask to join us this year,” Jingle Coordinator Dr. Aaron Williams said. “We are truly excited about this year. It has always been a fun event and what makes it fun is the assortment of items we have available. The new vendors, coupled with the veteran Jingle vendors, will make for a wonderful shopping experience.”
Supervised holiday activities are being planned to keep children occupied while the grown-ups shop.
Space is still available for vendors who would like to take advantage of the holiday shopping season. A 10 feet by 10 feet or 5 feet by 20 feet booth with table and two chairs is $25. Adding electricity brings the total to $30.
The public is invited to participate in and attend this indoor holiday craft fair and shopping experience. A concession stand featuring breakfast and lunch foods and seasonal favorites such as chili, hot chocolate, and sweets will be set up along with seating for diners and weary shoppers.
