Bonnie Langford

Funeral services for Bonnie Langford will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019 at Clearview Bible Church in Canton with Rev. Larry Reneau officiating. A graveside service will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery in Mabank.
Bonnie was born Dec. 2, 1921 in Wichita Falls to parents Custer H. and Minnie (Gee) Perry and entered into eternal rest Oct. 1, 2019 at the age of 97.
She married the love of her life, Alton Langford, Oct. 14, 1939 in Henrietta and was married until his passing in 2003.
Bonnie enjoyed quilting, sewing and being with family and friends. She loved to cook and feed everyone. Sunday dinner was a must. Bonnie was the Matriarch of the family. She always had a beautiful bright smile on her face.
Bonnie was very much devoted to the Lord and always singing or humming hymnals. She read her Bible daily, up until she lost her eyesight. Bonnie was an amazing grandmother, who loved her family immensely. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, husband Alton Langford, daughter-in-law Glennes Langford, grandson Carl Fennell, sister Polly Gee, brother Carl Perry and nephew Leon Smith.
She is survived by her sons Fred Langford of Mabank and Lowell Langford and wife Carolyn of Abbott, grandchildren Angie Henderson and husband David of Mabank, Jason Langford and wife Melanie of Mabank, Bonnie Larson and husband Ricky of Aubrey, Teresa Fennell of Mabank, Kevin Langford and wife Summer of Mabank, Amy Simmons and husband Justin of Granbury and Adam Langford and wife Michelle of Mabank, great-grandchildren Tuesday Langford, Addison Thibodaux, Grayson Larson, Gavyn Lingo, Bryce Larson, Faith Henderson, Trinity Langford, Taylor Larson, Dawson Henderson, Kirstyn Langford, Alyson Fennell, Kail Langford, Wayne Turnage, Avery Simmons, Olivia Langford, Krew Langford, Kinley Simmons and Abel Langford, great-great grandson Opie Bluemoon Branch, sister Josephine Peters, many nieces and nephews, other loving family members and many more lifelong friends.
