Carter honored at Mabank Jubilee

Mabank Firefighter and community volunteer Fred Carter (right) is presented with an award commemorating his service to the Jubilee and the City of Mabank. Fred is an active volunteer, present and helping at every city event, while also being one of the most active volunteer firefighters the department has.
