Charles Milton Graff, 92, of Kemp, passed away July 31, 2019. He was born April 7, 1927, in Liberty to the home of Felix and Elizabeth Graff.
He joined the U.S. Navy when he was 14-years-old and served two years. He then went on to re-enlist in the U.S. Army and served for another four years. He was a painter by trade until his early 50s. When he retired, he and his wife traveled to Australia, Canada, Arizona and Colorado. He enjoyed metal detecting as a hobby during their many travels. He also did wood sculpting, making different Indian portraits.
He was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter Julie Graff.
Charles is survived by his wife of 50 years, Grace, children Mike Graff and wife Nancy, Pat, Jay and Steve Graff, granddaughter Amy Dziatlik and husband Chris, great-grandchildren Jovie and Garrett Dziatlik.
