Donald Glen Greenhaw, 91, of Aley, made Heaven his home Nov. 9, 2021.
Graveside services were held Nov. 13, 2021 at King Cemetery in Aley under the direction of Huckabee-Tomlinson Funeral Home in Seven Points.
Donald was born Sept. 10, 1930 to Roy and Ailene Greenhaw in Henderson County.
Donald married Margaret Radosevich Feb. 7, 1953 in St. Louis, Mo. She preceded him in death June 17, 2021.
He graduated from Kemp High School in 1949. After high school he served in the Korean War in the United States Army. Following his service in the Army he was a special agent for the railroad for 40 years.
Throughout Donald’s life, he was an avid runner competing in many races. He was also a rancher, which he was able to enjoy full-time after retirement.
In addition to his loving wife of 68 years, he was preceded in death by his parents, brother J.T. Greenhaw, son-in-law Junior Brown, sister-in-law Mildred Greenhaw and brother-in-law Zeke Parsons.
He is survived by his children Jane Brown, Randy Greenhaw and Roy Greenhaw and wife Carrie, grandchildren Jeff Brown and wife Naja, Anne Shields, Lacey Bacon and husband Shane, Jill Major and husband Aaron, Austin Greenhaw, Jackson Greenhaw and wife Catherine and Garrison Greenhaw, 14 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and sister-in-law Eleanor Parsons.
