In the early morning of Aug. 26, 2020, Dr. Vicki L. Walker High slipped from this Earth and passed on to new adventures.
Born Dec. 22, 1955 in Dallas, Vicki read at three and developed an insatiable life-long appetite for learning, knowledge and understanding. Vicki’s career began in banking, quickly progressing to software training and development, owning her own tech firm early on.
As mayor of Crandall, Vicki gave to her community and that love of humanity and appetite for knowledge combined as she began studying healing modalities. She reached Rieki Master Trainer and interpreted her own Heart 2 Heart Healing. She counseled and loved sharing with others, drawing out their strengths and pointing out their God-given talents waiting to be unlocked.
Dr. Vicki would say, believe in yourself, inspire others and go into this world and experience the “Pink Bubble” miracles all around you.
Vicki was preceded in death by her father A. Kenneth Walker.
She is survived by her mother Jody Martin Thornton, sister Diane Sellers (Jim), brothers Ken Walker (Janet) and Kirk Walker (Tammy), Aunt Bobbie Meeker and countless nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and colleagues who will miss her love and spectacular smile.
