CEDAR CREEK LAKE–After discussion with many of the parties involved, the 37th Annual KCKL 95.9 FM Big Bass Tournament is being postponed to a future date in response to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
Refund of the early entries began the week of March 16. Rescheduling of the tournament will occur when conditions permit.
First place for the tournament is $10,000 cash.
In addition to the First prize, the tournament offers 80 hourly cash prizes plus cash prizes in the overall final standings to the Top 20+ places.
The largest bass caught on a Strike King Lure wins the $1,000 Strike King Bonus Award.
Catch a bass weighing in at an even 3.00, 4.00 or 5.00 lbs. and you can win a Dobyns Rod.
Even if you don't catch a big bass, if you are at the 3:00 p.m. weigh-in each day you might win part of the $10,000 in door prizes including 40 Dobyns rods, 40 Strike King Lure packs and all kinds of fishing and outdoor gear from Academy Sports.
Throw in the $10 entry fee Youth Division (with eligibility for all prizes including first prize), the Kids-only door prize drawings and a Saturday afternoon BBQ as the final weigh-in is winding down and you have a weekend you really don't want to miss.
