Kemp breaks ground on long awaited water treatment facility

After many years, the City of Kemp eagerly celebrates a ground breaking ceremony for their new water treatment facility April 16. Due to inclement weather, the ceremony was moved downtown to city hall. Pictured is Senior Project Manager for Urban Infraconstruction LLC.
