Phillip Reid Bow

Phillip Reid Bow, 65, of Seven Points, passed away May 1, 2019, in Scurry. Phillip was born April 19, 1954, to Arthur Reid and Mary Maude Stroman Bow in Kaufman.
Phillip was raised in Kaufman and spent time living in Seven Points after he married Candace Wilkinson Bow Dec. 14, 2002 in Las Vegas, Nev.
Phillip was a hard-working self-employed man who did a little of everything from concrete to trucking and other related jobs.
Phillip enjoyed team roping and farming. Phillip’s most loved time was spent with his family. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother.
His parents and sisters Roberta Bow, Hazel Bruner and Naomi Bow preceded him in death.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Candace, daughters Sheracy Acosta and husband Alfred of Scurry,  Heather Bow and wife Starr of San Antonio,  Kristen Moore of Greenville, Maegan Gallion of Mabank and Erin Gallion of Gun Barrel City,  brothers John Bow and wife Jeanne of Scurry and Wayne Bow of Kaufman, sisters Mae Busby of Mabank,  Betty Zajic and husband Henry of Red River, N.M., and Rebekah Bow Gomez of Arlington,  grandchildren Anthony Acosta, Drew Acosta, Jordan Moore and Aayden Bow and numerous extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.  
Funeral services were held at First Assembly of God Church of Kaufman May 4, 2019, with interment following at King Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Parker-Ashworth Funeral Home in Kaufman.
