Roland “Jack” Clyde Morgan

Roland “Jack” Clyde Morgan of Eustace passed away peacefully at home June 10, 2020.Jack was born in New Jersey March 11, 1927.
In 1946, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He was a World War II veteran, where he served as a radio man on the ship. Jack was married to Edna Joann “Jo” Morgan in December 1975. He retired as a cross country truck driver. After retirement, he enjoyed working at the flea market, where he was loved by many. Jack will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
Jack is survived by his wife Edna Joann Morgan of Eustace, children Christine Morgan Tobler and Wayne Gates Tobler of Utah and Mark Morgan of Wisconsin, step-children Jack and Judy Baker of Arkansas, Benny Ray and Barbara Cordell of Texas, and Dennis Cordell of Missouri and daughter-in-law Betty Baker of Arkansas, 15 grandchildren,15 great grandchildren and six great-greatgrandchildren.
Funeral services were held June 12, 2020, at Moorhead Funeral Home in Gun Barrel City. Interment followed at Eubank Cedar Creek Memorial Park in Mabank with Bro. Ed Schauer of First Church of the Nazarene in Gun Barrel City officiated for the Morgan family.
