Masks required, 50% max. capacity and no shagging volleyballs
TRINIDAD–The Trinidad Lady Trojans are ramping up to start their 2020 season as volleyball becomes the first UIL sport to return in the state of Texas.
For the 2020 season, many different guidelines are in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19, with Trinidad announcing theirs via Facebook Aug. 7
Under the Executive Order from Governor Greg Abbott, there will only be 50% max capacity allowed in the gym.
Masks are required for all fans ages 10 and over under that same executive order.
Visitors and fans must maintain six feet of social distancing. Fans may not sit in rows designated as "no seating."
Fans are prohibited from sitting in the first three rows directly behind the benches and score table. (These will be marked off).
If you have a fever and/or are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, you may not enter the gym.
Trinidad is also asking that those in the gym do not shag volleyballs. For any more information or for questions, please message the Trinidad ISD Athletics Facebook page.
