Kerens’ Blue repeats as State golf qualifier

Kerens High School’s Blair Blue wins the Class 2A Region III Championship by 14 strokes at the Regional tournament held April 14-15 at Cherokee Ranch Golf Club in Jacksonville. This is the second year in a row that Blue is a State golf qualifier. The Class 2A State girls’ tournament will be held April 28-29 at Lions Municipal Golf Course in Austin.

Cedar Creek Lake Area Chamber of Commerce Gun Barrel City Chapter holds a morning networking meeting at the Gun Barrel City Hall April 17.
