Cedar Creek Garden Club presents the Third Annual Cedars and Cinnamon Home Tour Dec. 2. The tour begins at Miss. Frans Garden located at Tool Elementary School in Tool. Students made the decorations that hang from trees and the hot house has imitation baked goods with more student created decorations.
