Mabank Education Foundation awards approximately $30,000 in grants to educators Jan. 7. The grants are for innovative teaching using various forms of technology, hands-on activities, field trips and a theater arts program.

Each month a business sponsors a gift basket to be given to a staff or faculty member in Mabank ISD. The recipient for January is Intermediate faculty member Kaylee Riley.
