KEMP-An investigation by the Henderson County Crimes Against Children Task Force (HCCACTF) with the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office conducted an undercover investigation May 21 through May 31, into the production and possession of child pornography. The investigation led to the arrest of 60-year-old suspect Tommy Ray Taylor.
