KERENS–The Kerens Police Department searches for those responsible for vandalizing Kerens Garden Park. “We have learned there were two different groups of kids. One group on Saturday night (Oct. 15) and one Sunday afternoon or evening (Oct. 16),” the department stated on social media. The group of vandals from Oct. 15 have been identified and the parents of the kids involved have been contacted but the department still asks for the public’s assistance in identifying the group from Oct. 16. Approximately $500 worth of damages have been estimated.
