KEMP-According to Kemp Independent School District (KISD) District Police arrested a KISD employee April 21 following an investigation of allegedly sharing an inappropriate digital image with a student.  
According to a press release from the district, KISD administration and the appropriate authorities immediately began reviewing and investigating the concern of an employee allegedly sharing an inappropriate digital image with a student. 
According to the district, the employee did not return to any Kemp ISD campus after the initial report was made.
Upon completing a thorough and swift internal investigation, the district police department obtained a warrant and arrested the employee. 
“The district administration takes any school allegation seriously and is committed to a thorough, fair, and cooperative review of all information with appropriate authorities. Kemp ISD administration understands that employee matters can raise concerns, especially within our community. We want to assure parents, students, and staff that we are taking all appropriate measures to address this matter,” stated KISD.
