QuikTrip is building the new Generation 3S store in Mabank on the north corner of US Highway 175 and State Highway 198. The store will open in the spring of 2024 and will supply approximately 20 - 25 jobs to the area.

The new Generation 3S store by QT will be 4,900 square feet and will have eight gas pumps.  Like all QT stores it will have a made fresh to order kitchen and the grab n go salads and wraps. Even though the store is smaller than a Quik Trip Travel Center it will still have all the QT amenities

MABANK–QuikTrip will be opening up its newest location in Mabank spring of 2024. The location will be on the corner of US Highway 175 and State Highway 198. Groundbreaking was in September 2023, and progress has been steady. 
The QuikTrip website https://www.quiktrip.com/ states that they have “more than 900 stores in 14 states.” Based out of Tulsa, Okla., the Mabank store will be listed as part of the Dallas division.
