The Total Solar Eclipse 2024 shows off the corona, the outer ring of the sun. The moon has completely blocked the center of the sun. Cedar Creek Lake was in the middle of totality which means it is the longest period of time during the event. Residents can be heard cheering as totality reached its peak.
