The Al Ahmady Family is finally home! Operation Finally Home, City of Mabank and many contractors and donors partnered to build a home for this deserving family. Al Ahmady suffered from an IED explosion and mortar attacks in Iraq while working with the United States Naval Special Warefare Command. Ahmady wanted to be in Texas near his Navy SEAL friends.

Texas Representative Keith Bell (left) presents Al Ahmady aka. Johnny Walker with a state flag that has flown over the Texas State Capitol. Bell welcomes the Ahmady family to their home in Texas. The house is in Mabank, where the organization Operation Finally Home has worked with the city and local contractors to build the mortage free home. Ahmady worked with the United States Naval Special Warfare Command for over six years as a linguist, cultural advisor and team member in Iraq.
