After searching for ways to help the local food pantry, Tool City Clerk Alicia Keith (center) came up with "The Battle of the Badges Food Drive" contest between the City of Tool Police Department and Tool Volunteer Fire Department (VFD). With the help of both teams the community donated 284 pounds of dry and canned goods to the Community Food Pantry in Tool. Tool Police Chief Robert Walker proudly raised his hand when asked which team won. The donation was presented to Mayor Mike Dumont on behalf of the pantry.
