The volunteers of Payne Springs Fire Rescue (PSFR) were alerted to a fully involved structure fire in the Hidden Hills Harbor subdivision Jan. 26. PSFR Chief 1 arrived to find a single wide trailer with multiple additions with 100% fire involvement with an outbuilding threatened. PSFR Engine 1 arrived shortly after and two lines were pulled to extinguish the fire. There was a heavy metal roof over the structure and Henderson County Precinct 2 assisted in the overhaul phase with a backhoe. One adult and two kids were transported by EMS with minor injuries. They were all released prior to PSFR units clearing the scene. The following agencies were on scene: PSFR, Gun Barrel City Fire Department, Long Cove Fire Department, Log Cabin Fire Department, Malakoff Fire Department, Henderson County Fire Marshal, Henderson County Precinct 2, UT Health EMS and American Red Cross.
