Billie Farley was born April 18, 1928 to parents Robert Lyle and Jewell (Nix) Roberts in Shamrock and passed away Oct. 7, 2022 in Royse City.  
Billie married Johnnie William Farley Jan. 18, 1947 in Oklahoma City, Okla. 
Billie was a homemaker who loved cooking (especially hamburgers and fried potatoes), gardening, journaling and she loved watching Texas Rangers baseball and Dallas Cowboys football.  
She also loved attending the Calvary Baptist Church, where she spent a lot of her time volunteering and supporting missionaries. Billie’s life motto was: “My life hasn’t been perfect but it has been wonderful.”
Billie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, daughter Melody Ann Grochocki and several brothers and sisters.  
She is survived by daughters Donna Robertson and husband James (deceased) of Garland and Karla Glaze of Rockwall, grandchildren Monte Robertson of Addison, Jamie Walker and husband Garrin of Lewisville, Kirby Burden, Jr. and wife Christi of Fate and Lauren Grochocki of The Woodlands, great-granddaughter Tiffany Boyle of Plano, great-grandson Tyler Burden of Fate and four step-great-grandchildren. 
Billie will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
