We regret to announce the passing of Anson Charles Lockwood at the age of 79, who passed away peacefully Dec. 23, 2023 in Crosby. 
Anson C. Lockwood was the CEO of Dynamic Machine Service Inc. for 34 years. He was a respected member of his profession and known for his master welding skills. 
Beyond his professional accomplishments Anson C. Lockwood was a devoted family man, who loved his grandkids and great-grandkids above all else. 
He was a beloved husband to Nancy Lockwood for 61 yrs. and a devoted father to Charles A. Lockwood, Nila R. Schommer and Jason G. Lockwood. 
In his free time Anson C. Lockwood enjoyed setting out on his back porch in his dads rocker. He enjoyed the simple things in life like gardening and Nascar. He served in U.S. Army from 1966-1969
He is survived by his wife, his 3 children and son-in-law Jay Schommer, eight grandkids, 11 great-grandkids and his sister Janie Busby. Along with numerous family members and friends.
Anson C. Lockwood will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but his legacy will live through his family, friends and colleagues.
