Ronnie James McIninch, 71, of Mabank, passed away unexpectedly, Aug. 8. 2025, of heart failure. 
Ronnie was born Dec. 27, 1952, in Dallas to James Houston McIninch and Lillie Joan (Miller) McIninch.    
Ronnie went to work for Sears Automotive in downtown Dallas right out of high school, where he worked for 20 years until they closed the store in 1993.  He then went to work for Firestone in Carrollton until he retired to the country at age 65.   
Ronnie spent his retirement years married to his beloved wife Regina Nail McIninch of 25 years living in Prairieville.   
He loved being with his children and grandchildren, and being at home on R&R Ranch, riding the tractor, fishing the pond, tending to his animals and playing dominos with the boys on Sunday afternoon.  
His friends, family, grandchildren, nieces and nephews all loved to go to Ronnie’s and camp out at the pond, where many good memories were made.  
To know him was to love him, he will be dearly missed by his family and all his many friends.  
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, former wives Rita Daniels McIninch and Janie Wright McIninch, his wife Regina Nail McIninch, grandsons Robert Goines and Andrew Bishop, sister Sharon Kay McIninch Horton and brother Doyle Houston McIninch.
He was survived by daughters Jessica Little and husband William of Mabank and Renee' Hayes of Grapevine, stepdaughter Shannon Bishop and husband Dan of Florida, stepson Michael Wright, eight beloved grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren and sisters Karen Coker and husband Richard of Streetman and Denise Davidson and Dean Huffman of Terrell.  
There will be a Celebration of Life held at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 6, 2025 at R&R Ranch located at 14248 CR 117 in Mabank.
