Willard Thomas St. Ama, 89, passed away June 13, 2022 in Arlington. Willard was born March 19, 1933 in Kerens to Rowlan St. Ama and Mary Pauline Collins “Mott” St. Ama. 
He became a Christian at the age of 12 in 1942. Willard married the love of his life, Joyce Loree Rose Nov. 2, 1951. 
He was ordained a Deacon in 1967 at First Baptist Church in Trinidad. Willard became a member of Fielder Church in 1971 when he moved to Arlington. 
Willard graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was a registered professional mechanical engineer and worked for TP&L and Texas Utilities where he worked for 39 plus years. 
Willard had a love for art and music. He was an artist who enjoyed oil painting. He loved to play the guitar and sing. He enjoyed country and gospel music. 
Willard was an avid golfer. He enjoyed playing 42 and dominoes with family and friends. 
He loved to travel the world and enjoyed learning about different cultures. Willard loved to play baseball and enjoyed watching his great-grandson play the game. 
He dearly loved his family and will be missed by all those who knew him. 
He is survived by his wife, daughter Judy Loree Baker and husband Tom, brothers Kenneth Dale St. Ama and wife Pam and Hoyt Wayne St. Ama and wife Teddy, granddaughter Stacy Loree Dissinger and husband Mark, great-grandson  Clayton Landry Dissinger and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held June 16, 2022 at Wade Family Funeral Home in Arlington. A graveside service followed at Oakwood Cemetery in Corsicana. 
Memorials may be made in donations to Fielder Church in Arlington or Mission Arlington.
