CEDAR CREEK LAKE-A 43-year-old man drowned while swimming in rough waters with his family June 22.Henderson County Sheriff Botie Hillhouse said the incident took place around 5:45 p.m. near the Mantle Manors subdivision of Gun Barrel City.
