Mayor Christi Neal said this is to protect citizens and will not be a stringent inspection process, but there are some homes that have renters than shouldn’t have anyone living in them due to the homes’ condition. Council Member Daniel Camehl made the motion which was seconded by Council Member Greg Capehart, and passed unanimously.
