GUN BARREL CITY–Gun Barrel City is proud to present JulyFest 2025, an exciting community celebration taking place Saturday, July 26 at Gun Barrel City Park located at 301 Municipal Drive. This annual event brings together live music, family-friendly entertainment, food vendors and a fireworks show for an unforgettable evening in our lakeside community.
This year’s music lineup features major talent from across the Texas music scene. 
• Headliner Kolby Cooper, an East Texas native with over 420 million streams and a national following, will close the evening with his signature blend of country and rock. 
• Asleep at the Wheel – Western Swing icons and 10 time Grammy Award winners on their Happy Trails Farewell Tour.
• Ghost of Hill County – Red Dirt country with southern rock influences and a Top 100 chart hit.
• Mark Berry Band – Winner of the 2025 Derrick Days Battle of the Bands.
Gates open at 5 p.m. with music beginning shortly after. The Elder Cedar Creek CDJR Car Giveaway, National Anthem performance and fireworks display will take place at approximately 9:30 p.m., just before Kolby Cooper takes the stage.
In addition to the main stage entertainment, JulyFest 2025 will feature:
• A Kid Zone with activities and inflatables for the whole family to enjoy.
• A variety of local and regional food trucks.
• Over 40 vendors offering shopping, local goods, and services.
• A special upgrade with VIP seating with premium amenities including reserved viewing areas, air-conditioned restrooms and a dedicated beer line for VIP tickets holders.
