Tri-County hosts a successful low cost vaccination and microchip clinic at Mabank Pavilion Aug. 17.

MABANK–Thanks to community support Tri-County hosted a successful Low-Cost Drive-thru Vaccine and Microchip Clinic Aug. 17 at Mabank Pavilion. The limit of pets was reached within the first hour. The clinic served a total of 48 cats, 131 dogs and a total of 48 pets were microchipped. Thanks to the amazing team from Operation Kindness for administering the vaccines and microchips with help from the Spay Neuter Network and Petco Love for sponsoring the vaccinations. Also, thanks go out to Animal Advocacy Committee of REACH at Cedar Creek Lake, Pawsitively Kaufman County, and the Van Zandt County Pet Project II for working together to bring this event to life. Additional thanks to the City of Mabank for the use of the Pavilion.
“Thank you to everyone who came out to support our low-cost vaccine and microchip clinic! The community’s participation made it a huge success,” Chair of the Animal Advocacy Committee of REACH at Cedar Creek Lake Monika Allen stated. “Based on how quickly we reached our limit on the number of pets we could serve, it’s clear how much our community values affordable pet care. We’re grateful to all our partners for the opportunity to help keep your pets healthy and safe,” she added.
The dedication of everyone who helped with this event for our pets and community is truly appreciated. Thank you for all the hard work everyone put in to make this possible.
