Weigl explains that this area of the display underneath the magical pegasus is his representation of the world. Sparkling glitter trees a crown and an Eeiffel Tower complete the area.

GUN BARREL CITY—The Owners of the W Brand group of establishments W Haus, W Four Fifty Six and Waves David Westerfield and Thomas Weigl hope that this year’s holiday display warms cold hearts everywhere.
Weigl explains that the artists vision of this year’s display is a powerful message that all humans desperately need to read and live by. “We all have to pray for the entire world to re-teach mankind how to interact as respectful, humble, believing and kind human beings again,” reads inside a framed message located inside the display. The message goes on to state that the cold way we as people have treated each other over the years has made us forget how mankind has changed right in front our very own eyes, by distancing ourselves over fear of each other.
“The mission of the ice queen is to send her magical Pegasus across the entire world with her powerful, magical voice and angelic music to make us humans aware of the chill that we have bestowed upon each other over the last few years,” explains the message.
The message states that the ice princess (the bejeweled and dazzling mannequin) is covering us with a heavy blanket of ice and snow, as we are not even able to feel the heavy burden anymore. “This cold message is being sent around the entire world in hope that we do not continue life this way and that we all quickly wake and warm up our cold hearts towards each other as the human race,” the message continues.
The only hope left is to melt the ice and snow blanket inside ourselves with love, kindness, humbleness and respect towards each other again. “May all our prayers have the power and strength to become the warmhearted people we once were and knew. Merry Christmas to the world as we await the birth of our lord and savior Jesus Christ, amen,” the message concludes.
Weigl says seeing how people treat each other is disheartening and it is his intention that this year’s holiday display and message is conveyed through art.
