Fig’s Steakhouse Chef Avner Samuel pours a glass of wine for a table during the Aug. 2 exclusive VIP grand opening cocktail party at Cedar Creek Lake’s newest dining establishment. Guests were treated to samples of the menu which included lobster lollipops with Melinda’s spicy sweet sauce, marinated grilled quail with soft herbs, prosciutto wrapped diver scallops in lobster sauce, beef tenderloin and ribeye, and chicken fried wagyu steak just to name a few. Guests were also able to sample Chef Samuel’s signature Swiss Chocolate dipped gooseberries which were a special treat. Reservations will be accepted through OpenTable beginning Aug. 7.
