Proceeds from this event benefit local non-profits around the lake such as churches, schools, and cities that need assistance with garden or beautification initiatives. It will also provide high school scholarships to students from each of the area high schools for students who would like to continue their education in horticulture, agriculture, landscape architecture, or other related areas.
