Kemp utility crews climb into deep holes filled with water in subfreezing temperatures to fix line breaks and restore water service for residents.

Linda Chevalier Fernald passed away Jan. 18, 2024 at UT Health Center, Tyler. Born Aug. 10, 1945, she has been a resident of Cedar Creek Lake since 1989. 
Linda was an active volunteer throughout her life with the Coast Guard Auxiliary, Cedar Creek Chamber, Red Cross, American Heart Association and many other areas.
She especially loved her dogs all of whom are now being well cared for.
She was loved by many and will be missed.
There will be no service. It is asked that any donations be made to the Cedar Creek Lake Friends of the Animals.
