Body SEVEN POINTS‑The City of Seven Points City Council met Jan. 8. The temporary city hall had standing room only as this was the first meeting since the council last met Oct. 6, 2025. At that time, the council was unable to agree on a budget.

Body TOOL-The City of Tool held their monthly council meeting Aug. 21. The three agenda items that brought the most curiosity to citizens were actions to be taken against City Administrator Julius Kizzee and council members Vera Bennett and Daniel Sayre.

Body GUN BARREL CITY–In a meeting filled with outbursts and punctuated by sharp raps of the gavel, the Gun Barrel City (GBC) Council managed to do some business and unanimously agreed to take applications for the Park Board.

Body TOOL–During the City of Tool’s city council meeting held Oct. 24, Chief Reid Rossmann opted for a public executive session to discuss his resignation from the city. City Administrator Julius Kizzee stated that he received Rossmann’s letter of resignation Oct.
