CEDAR CREEK LAKE–Two Eustace Bulldog football players have been named first-team All-District for 8-3A Division 1. In addition, Kemp sophomore safety Daltyn Irvin received honors as the Defensive Newcomer of the Year.
For Eustace, Brody Sutton, a senior, is on the district’s first team as a quarterback. His teammate, senior Gabe Rudman, made the first-team defense.
Also for Eustace, junior running back Adan Maltos made the second-team offense. Eustace defensive lineman Bryson Nichols, a sophomore, is also on the second-team defense. Further, Kemp senior linebacker Ethan Crawford was honored as a second-team defensive performer.
District 8-3A honorable mention players for Kemp are Houston Cromer, Jayden Freeman and Tyler Patrick. For Eustace, honorable mention players are Maltos, Rhett Dyer, Jeremy Rummel, Mason Patek, Nick McKee, Ranger McKee, Hunter Lane, Colton Lawson, Cole Carpenter and Ethan Marquez.
