DAWSON–Six touchdowns weren’t enough for the Kerens Bocbats on the road against the Dawson Bulldogs Sept. 16. Nehemiah Massey had three touchdowns for Kerens in the 62-41 loss Friday night. Massey finished the night with 34 carries for 203 yards and three rushing touchdowns against the Bulldogs.

MIDLOTHIAN–The Mabank varsity cross country teams are off to a great start this season. The Panthers competed Sept. 1 at the Midlothian Invitational and continued their success. The boys, who finished second and third in previous meets, brought home the team championship.
